React with an emoticon

Under (or above) each article, you’ll see six emoticons. Click any one to react. Your reaction is recorded for that article and you’ll see the live tally of reactions from all readers.

You can only react once per article — clicking a different emoticon replaces your previous reaction.

Publishers can customize the emoticons (replace the six defaults with their own images and labels). If you see different reactions, that’s why.
